Le Cordon Bleu has been offering, in a friendly and professional atmosphere, an rigorous training program, called the Classic Cycle. The school year is divided into three successive levels in cuisine and pastry : basic, intermediate, and superior. A new professional certificate has been created for students to further perfect their skills.

Le Cordon Bleu teaching method involves alternating between demonstrations and hands-on practical classes. Each student prepares one or more of the recipes presented during the demonstration, with the support and supervision of a Chef. The certificates and diplomas of Le Cordon Bleu are recognized by gastronomy professionals worldwide..

 
The Culinary programmes is given in different Le Cordon Bleu schools; Paris, London, Ottawa, Sydney, Mexico, Japan, Korea

Start Date : Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn
Course Lenght : 9 Months
Language are as follow:

Paris - Basic & Intermediate translated into English,
             only the Superior level is in French.
London / Ottowa / Sydney / Mexico - English Language
Japan - Japanese
Korea - Korean
