Students should prepare and search for information as follows:
The preparation:
- Apply for your passport at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Changwattana Road or other
assigned place.
- Take languages courses and prepare for the examinations such as TOEFL, IELTS or SAT, PSAT,
GMAT, GRE, etc. and take computer lessons (which you will certainly need when you study in
abroad).

- The Faculty where you wish to study. Look in the detail of the major and minor subjects in order
to reach your wish.
- The right institutions where are the specialize in your subjects and fit to your ability. You should

The application process, in some countries, the institutions do not except direct application. The application has to be applied to the application centre, such as in UK (United Kingdom), students must apply to UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admission Services). |

The accommodation (you may choose the single room, double room or home stay as provided by the institution). |

Expenses and the condition of payment: Tuition fee, Accommodation fee and the living expenses. |

The dateline of the application (depended on the requirement of the institutions). |

The application form and required documents should be sent by registered mail or express mail service such as EMS, DHL and FedEx. |

- The application form and the brochure of the institution, you may get from the embassy or
the representative and the website of the institution.
- The required documents in foreign languages must be sent together with the application
form (do not forget to keep one copy of all documents). The list of the most required
documents are (the list can be downloaded from the Application Requirement):
- The photos (be careful with the correct required size and numbers).
- The original of the transcript (ask for more than one copy from your institution).
- The copy of your Certificate(s) or Degree(s).
- The reference(s) and the certificate(s) of your work experience (if required).
- The copy of CD of your portfolio (if required in art subjects).
- The copy of your passport (the valid date must be more than 6 months)
- Your CV. Curriculum Vitae or Resume.
- The motivation letter 1 page size A4.
- The essay (if required).
- The medical certificate with the signature of the medical doctor and the stamp of the
Hospital.
- The Bank's guarantee
- The application fee in the required currency (must be sent together with the application)
*** The pupil age below 15 years old must provide more documents as follows:
- The reference letters from the present school and teachers.
- The official documents from the registered district signed by the officer, the
father and the mother allow him/her to travel.

- The country where the institution located and its history, geography, culture, traditional, the living and the weather for example.
The acceptance from the institution
Visa application
- Call the embassy for the appointment date and time.
- Prepare the required documents:

The documents should be prepared are the original documents and the copies with the following
list: |

- Passport (the valid date must be more than 6 months)
- Photos with white background and the exact required size and numbers
- ID Card
- House registration
- The letter of acceptance from the institution with the original and the copies of all documents
which were sent with the application to the institution.
- The Accommodation's reservation documents.
- The Bank's guarantee (original copy).
- The bank's book of your account and the copy of the statement 6 months dated back from the
visa application day.
- The visa fee as required from the embassy. Many embassies do not accept cash, but only the
draft paid to the embassy.
- The airline reservation document.
- The traveling insurance document (some embassies requested).
*** The pupil age below 15 years old must prepare more documents as follows:
- The official documents from the registered district signed by the officer, the father and the mother allow him/her to travel.
- The Custodianship Declaration-Parents/Guardians, the documents must be signed by the father, the mother and the attorney with the stamp of the attorney firm.
- The Custodianship Declaration-Custodian, the document must be signed by the guardian from the institution with the official stamp.
